Efforts by President Goodluck Jonathan to get himself accredited in his Otuoke home town this morning, hit the brick walls as he was rejected by the voter card reader.President Jonathan apparently waited patiently to get further directive from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after trying three different card leaders without luck.
INEC says its officials will use an incident form to accredit authentic voters rejected by the card readers.
