2015 ELECTIONS: BUHARI/OSINBAJO ENDORSED BY GOD, SAYS PASTORS FOR CHANGE

A group of pastors under the aegis of Pastors for Change, today declared that God has endorsed presidential flagbearer of the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari alongside his running mate, Professor Yemi Osinbajo to run the affairs of the country.

It is recalled that the duo are contesting for the 2015 presidential elections slated to hold on March 28, 2015.

Specifically, National Co-ordinator of the group, Bishop Kayode Williams at an interactive session with journalists in Lagos stated that, "There was a directive from God that we should all join hands and lift him up because He(God) is ready to do the restoration of the glory of Nigeria.

"And it is the man(Buhari) that God is going to use. There is no other person. It is a sin to add to what God  has said or to remove from it.

"I am telling you that we are given directive from God that we should enjoin our members and pastors to see the cause why there must be a change at this time.

"We want to observe seven days of special prayers on the seven mountains in the South West Political Zone, comprising six states, namely, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti for the victory of Buhari and Osinbajo for March 28th, 2015 presidential election.

"We are using this opportunity to call on all pastors who believe that the time has surely come for change in Nigeria to exhort, mobilise, instruct  and direct  all our members from all churches, numbering, 186,000 churches in the South West Zone, to adhere to this divine instruction from God."
