A National Leader of the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC), and former Lagos State governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu today led thousands of APC members and supporters, for a solidarity march in Lagos, ahead of the March 28 and April 11, 2015 elections.
The March which commenced at 8.20am, began at Maryland through Ikorodu Road to Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere, Lagos.
Aside Tinubu, other prominent leaders of the party in the train include: the APC governorship candidate in the state, Akinwunmi Ambode; and Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State.
Also not left behind is Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Adeyemi Ikuforiji, and several civil society groups in Lagos; representatives of the Lagos State Waste Management Authority and the Bus Rapid Transit, who donned their official attires.
The march also saw crowd of supporters, including commercial motorcycle riders and traders, on the streets shouting and singing in solidarity.
