2015 ELECTIONS: COURT TO HEAR DISQUALIFICATION SUIT AGAINST OSINBAJO MARCH 30

Justice J. C. Aneke of a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos will on March 30, 2015 entertain a suit seeking to disqualify Vice Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Yemi Osinbajo from contesting Saturday's presidential election.

It would be recalled that the action designated
FHC/CS/L/389/2015 was initiated by one Chief Adebayo Adeyiga on Thursday March 26, 2015.

According to the suit, professor Osinbajo allegedly in contempt of court pending before a Lagos High Court.

The applicant consequently prayed the court to stop the Vice-Presidential candidate from contesting the election.
