Director General (DG) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Organisation, and incumbent governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, this morningrefused to be accredited in his Ubima ward, Ikwerre Local Government Area (LGA), stating that result sheets were missing among items the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) came with for the exercise.
