The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), today declared the Delta Central Senatorial election inconclusive.The commission explained that the decision became imperative, consequent upon manipulations, snatching of ballot materials and violence in Ughelli South, Ethiope East and Ethiope West Local Government Areas of thhe state.
INEC revealed that elections will consequently take place in three local government areas before the final result can be declared.
