The seven man Investigative panel on allegation of misconduct
against the Nasarawa State Governor, Umaru Tanko –Al Makura today dismissed the
16 count charges against the state governor.
It would be recalled that members of the state House of
Assembly had through their chairman committee on Information, Baba Ibaku on
Monday at the inauguration of the Yusuf Usman –led panel vowed they would not
appear before the panel as they lacked confidence in its membership for
allegedly being the supporters of the state Governor.
The panel in its final ruling nullified the charges and
dismissed same for lack of substantial evidences.
